Delete your GrindLevel account

GrindLevel is operated by ANA SOFTWARE LLC. You can permanently delete your GrindLevel account in the app or request deletion here on the web. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Delete the account in the app
- Open GrindLevel and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Data.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences and confirm Delete my account.
Deletion starts when you confirm. If provider cleanup needs to continue, GrindLevel keeps a non-sensitive receipt so you can check status without starting another deletion. The app confirms when the process is complete.
Request deletion from the web
Email the privacy team using the button below. For the quickest verification, send the request from the email address currently associated with the GrindLevel account.
Request account deletion by email
If you cannot send from that address, include the account email, display name, sign-in method (email, Apple, or Google), and a safe email where we can reach you. Briefly explain why you no longer control the account email. Do not send a password, payment-card information, commission records, or an identity document unless we specifically explain why limited additional evidence is necessary.
We verify control through the registered email or a sign-in challenge. If neither is available, we may request reasonable, proportionate evidence and will tell you what can be redacted. This protects the account from an unauthorized deletion request.
Expected timing
An in-app request begins immediately after confirmation. For a web-assisted request, we begin deletion promptly after verification and state the expected completion date in our acknowledgment. If you exercise a Mexico ARCO cancellation right, we communicate our determination within 20 business days and, if approved, make it effective within the following 15 business days; a justified extension of each period may apply once as described in the Mexico privacy notice.
What is deleted
Confirmed deletion removes the active authentication account, profile, pay plans, deals, goals, manual spiffs, feedback, preferences, live subscription and referral rows, and private profile photo. User-scoped local app data is cleared after the server confirms completion. Apple and Google sign-in grants are revoked or disconnected where the platform supports that process.
Limited information that may remain
We retain only records needed for security, duplicate suppression, transaction or reward integrity, dispute handling, or legal obligations. New detailed RevenueCat event payloads are redacted after no more than 90 days; only normalized causal fields remain for audit, idempotency, matching, and disputes, without the deleted GrindLevel user association. Historical payloads and unkeyed hashes are not automatically transformed or deleted by this prospective rule. Limited pseudonymous referral and store-transaction integrity records may remain so deletion cannot erase another participant’s earned reward or prevent a refund or chargeback from being matched. Isolated security logs and provider backups may persist temporarily.
Optional PostHog events are intentionally not linked to an account, so an email address cannot locate them. Before disabling analytics or deleting the app, copy the Analytics deletion request ID in Settings → Data and include only that ID in a separate email if you also want those events deleted. PostHog events otherwise expire after the effective 12-month retention period.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately
Deleting a GrindLevel account does not cancel a Pro subscription or free trial managed by Apple or Google. To prevent a future charge, cancel with the store that processed the purchase:
