Anonymous analytics deletion

Anonymous product analytics is optional under Settings → Data. To delete analytics already stored in PostHog, copy the Analytics deletion request ID shown there before turning analytics off, then email only that ID and your deletion request to support. Do not send account, purchase, referral, or financial information. Turning analytics off immediately stops new events and removes the ID from that device; remote event deletion is then completed asynchronously.

Purchases and subscriptions

You can restore an eligible App Store or Google Play purchase from the Pro screen. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings, depending on where you purchased it. Account deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel a store subscription. Billing and refund requests are handled under the policies of the store that processed the purchase; contact us if the store shows an active purchase that GrindLevel does not recognize.
